Appointment Policies

Online appointments are highly encouraged and walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

We strive to allocate the appropriate amount of time to fully dedicate to each client, ensuring that every appointment is the best possible experience. Please let us know if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your preferred service and any specialty nail art within the shorten time-frame.

For inquiries, special events, groups of 4+, specific nail designs or general questions, please email comments + general questions. We love to hear from our friends and will make sure we reply within 48-hrs.

House Rules

  • Online Booking

    Online booking is available for your convenience and our preference when it comes to preventing additional wait time and over-booking.

    1 booking = 1 individual appointment; please book additional appointments for additional guests.

    For parties of 4+ please email us for additional details and let us if you want red, white or sparkling.

    Although we do our very best to respond to all digital communications; IG/Facebook/Google/YELP messages in a timely manner, these are NOT acceptable forms of notice to cancel or reschedule appointments, as they can sometimes be missed. Email still remains the best form of contact for us and highly recommended. In the event we miss your call, we strongly encourage all clients to leave a callback name and number.

  • Cancellations + Reschedules

    In an effort to avoid missed appointments, we will send a 1 text and 1 email reminder, 48-hrs before your appointment.

    * Rescheduled online before 12-hrs prior to your scheduled appointment to prevent ALL penalties + service fees.

    * Canceling SAME-DAY, up to 1-hr prior to your scheduled appointment will result in 50% of TOTAL service amount + service fees. 

    * Canceling after 1-hr or NO-SHOWS to your scheduled appointment will result in 100% of TOTAL service amount + service fees.

    If you are unable to reach us by phone, voice-mails and/or emails are acceptable ways to cancel and reschedule, if received at least 1-hr prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Late Arrivals + No-Shows

    We want to hang out with you but we’re a small team and can’t accommodate everyone. Please be respectful of our stylist’s time and do your best to communicate with us of any cancellations or scheduling needs. We’re more than happy to find another time for you, many times same-day appointments are available.

    What’s considered as Late-Arrival? Arriving anytime after your scheduled appointment with/without prior communication.

    Late Arrival will result in a 100% of the TOTAL service amount + service fee credited to your next rescheduled appointment, even for same-day appointment.

    Arriving later than your scheduled appointment by 15 mins or more means we may have to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

    What’s considered as No-Show? Not showing up to your scheduled appointment and no prior notice and/or communication given to us

    NO-SHOW = 100% TOTAL service account + service fees (no credits and/or refunds)

    Client’s that NO SHOW more than TWICE is required to pay FULL PRICE for future services during the time of booking for 3 consecutive future appointments. If you fall into this category and cancel your appointment, you automatically forfeit the FULL AMOUNT of your estimated service cost.

  • What To Expect @ Your Appointment

    Check-In: Let us know you’ve arrived for your appointment by signing-in at the front. For new clients, we may ask you to fill-out additional forms before we begin.

    Personalized Consultation: Your stylist will examine, present different options and craft a plan to get the live-in nails and skin you desire. Make sure to ask us any questions or raise any concerns, we’re here to learn how to support you.

    Lounge + F.R.I.E.N.D.S: Thoroughly enjoyed your first-class treatment and the curated services we’ve put together for you. Pick from a variety of hand selected beverages and refreshments to make sure you stay comfortable and a timeless television show to elevate your spirit the entire time.

    Massage: All pedicures include a full body chair massage. All full-services include a light relaxing lotion massage. Feel free to upgrade your experience and add additional massage times or incorporate CBD infused lotion for an ultra-walking on clouds experience.

    Check-Out: Additional treatments may be required for the desired results. Your stylists may provide recommendations for aftercare and make suggestions on other business or brands worth looking into. Feel free to share your concerns with the stylists before, during or after the service.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We accept all major forms of card (Visa/Mastercard. No American Express) + digital payment (Venmo/ Google Pay/Apple Pay @tnnaillounge) We DO NOT accept checks. There will be a 2.9% convenience fee applied to ALL CARD transactions. Thank you for your continued patronage.

  • We have a no-refund policy on all services performed at our nail lounge. We offer complimentary gel polish fixes on natural nails (chipping, peeling, discoloration) and artificial nails within 3 days of your service. We notify clients that matte top coats can stain on pale colors and chrome can easily chip. Any breaks or chips that occur within 3 days of your service MUST be communicated to us in those 3 days for free repairs. Phone calls, emails, and voicemails are acceptable ways to contact us.

  • We do our best to notify of any upcoming price changes. Pricing may change at any time without notice, always check with your stylists if there are any questions on our pricing.
